Love came down at christmas
And i know
I know that love is mine.

the song really touches my heart
how great it is to be able to say
i know
I KNOW that love is mine

its never: i know maybe that love can be mine
its never uncertainty
always assurance
that love WILL definitely be mine if i accept it
and no one can accept it in my place
only i can open my heart's door
therefore i will be SURE if that love is mine

God is love
He is that love.
Love was born to be the king of all.

here comes christmas
but whats christmas
just any other season of joy and giving?
i quote a friend:
"its a time of love and many good feelings"
but... from who?
why?

Christmas is
the celebration of God's sending of His Son to this world
its the thanksgiving of Jesus giving up his glorious splendors to reach out to sinful mankind
the remembrance day to be joyful that a saviour is sent to us

so whats the thing about giving gifts?
God gave us a gift
-His Son
Jesus gave us a gift
-His spirit
the Holy Spirit wants to give US a gift
-Life, eternal

will you accept this gift
or let it be left under the christmas tree?

no one rejects a present on christmas
so whats making you doubtful
accept the Lord
accept the savior
for no man can save himself
people need the Lord.

then will the gift go on?
will you spread this good news!

one can touch ten
and ten, thousands
and thousands, ten thousands

and the gift goes on and on and on...

hey jolene! i know youre away right now;D
but i think if you were to tell that to ur friend,
it would be more of like telling her that it would be a time where she will be able to learn more about our God and the bible
so as to come up with her own conclusion
because ours is really a personal relationship instead of a religion
and before we get skeptical about anything it will be good to give it a go
to know ALL about christianity before making a choice
then will it be fair to herself and you!
