mann today i came back home with my hair entangled
that meant
i jumped, twirled, flew, bounced, ran, skipped, bumped and spun!!
haha
capsball today was fun

i learnt alot from yp today
thank God i didnt stop coming
after i was so unregular for a period of time
during competition last year
:))

Uncle David gave a talk today
as usual i wasnt very keen
because he tends to repeat his talks
and i happen to always be around to hear the repeat
i though it would be something boring

HOWEVER,
it was not to be!
the lesson was very apt for me
in that i found it very applicable to my life
esp now
